The Greatest Day of My Life!

September 15, 2001 was the greatest day of my life. It was the day that I was sealed to Trevor in the Mt. Timpanogos Temple for eternity. It was also the day that D.J. was sealed to us, as well as all of our children from that day forward. D.J. was 5 weeks old. It had been a long year waiting for that day. I have a strong testimony that the adversary knows when you are trying to do the right. It was a stressful time, but I learned many lessons during that year. One of the greatest lessons I learned was that I never want to go another day in my life without the blessings of the temple. I remember the joy I felt when D.J. was born, but also the fear that I would lose him before I could be sealed to him forever, and I never want to have that feeling again. I am grateful that my husband loves me even with all my faults and that he agreed to be with me forever. I truly love him more and more everyday. Today I just wanted to take a minute to remember that special day 7 years ago and express my love for my family. I love you guys so much! With all of you, eternity won't be long enough!

This is so crazy....I took out my endowments that same day at the same temple. I remember seeing you at the temple once but I'm not sure if it was that same day. I remember freaking out when 9/11 happend and wanting to hurry and get married the next day so that I could be sealed to my hubby before the end of the world! LOL! We got married on the 21st but seriously I was so scared. I remember the 15th and feeling peaceful for the first time in 4 days.I bet you were even more anxious to get sealed after 9/11 too!
That was a sweet post. It sounds like it was a very special time for you:)
