Friday was Grandparents Day at D.J.'s school. His Grandma & Grandpa Ivins and Great Grandma Ivins were able to go to school and listen to him sing. After the program they ate some dessert and D.J. interviewed Great Grandma about her childhood. He said it was really fun. He LOVES Great Grandma, and she loves him. He was sad that his Grandma & Grandpa Sorensen couldn't go because they live in Idaho but I told him that he could sing them the songs when we go to visit them in a couple of weeks and he was OK with that. I'm so grateful D.J. has such wonderful influences in his life. He is so lucky!
I don't usually put videos on here but this one is so funny. Also, D.J. wanted Grandma & Grandpa Sorensen to see it. At the beginning the boy next to him bumps him and D.J. gives him the look of death. Then leans over and says "It's O.K." He is such a funny kid!

That was a really cute video. Man, he's got those hand movements down! I love the look on the other kids face when he tells him it's okay. So funny. I bet the grandparents LOVED it!
That is so cute! DJ just always makes me smile. He is so cute! I loved how he smoothly says, "It's OK" You're lucky that you live close for your parents to go to Grandparents day. Way sweet!
