This year we had Christmas with the Ivins side of our family. Everyone was able to make it, that makes 26 in all. On Christmas eve my Mom made us a delicious turkey dinner and lots of yummy treats. My Grandma Ivins, Annette's family, and Jayanne's parents were about to come and enjoy dinner with us as well. It was so fun to have them there. We played games, sang Christmas songs, listened to Autumn & Aspen play songs on the piano and opened our gifts from my parents. We all slept at my parents house so we could enjoy Christmas morning together.
Here we are in our matching pajamas that my Mom gave us this year. She also gave each of the kids a pillow pet. You would have thought she gave them all a million dollars, they were so excited and hardly put them down all night.

Some of the kids wanted to watch Trevor carve the turkey. I think Michael was pretty grossed out.

Christmas Morning
It has been a family tradition of ours to take a picture on the stairs before we can see what Santa brought us. We have pictures like this from before my little brother Nick was even born. Our family has grown a lot since then. We are now up to 26...and still counting.
Santa was here!
D.J. & Luke were excited about the new arcade basketball game Santa brought.
Libby got some dress up clothes and a new princess crown.
She also got a new doll house. I was just as excited as her!
Here are the Saunders' enjoying their presents.
Alexa was very happy to get a new Barbie camper.
More fun chaos!!!
On the top of Luke's list this year was an ipod. He was very excited to finally have his very own and D.J. is happy he doesn't have to share his anymore. :)

Thank you Santa!
Alexa loves Aunt Mandy. She even talked her into playing beauty shop at 7:00 a.m., what a nice Aunt.

Christmas this year was so wonderful. I loved being with our family and watching the kids enjoy all the special things that happen during this time of year. D.J. said that this was the best Christmas ever, and I have to agree.
I hope you all had a great Christmas as well!

How much fun did you guys have. Our Christmas was a little too quiet. Maybe once they all get married and have kids we can start the sleepover tradition.
