Time to party!

One of my favorite parts of being a stay-at-home Mom is being able to help in the kids classroom. I was able to help with both of the boys Christmas parties this year. Luke's Kindergarten class had the cutest Polar Express party. Luke favorite part was wearing his pajama's to school.

Here they are riding the polar express to the North Pole. They are going up a really big mountain. :)
Enjoying cookies and hot chocolate on the train.

SNOWBALL FIGHT!!!

Luke also loved the indoor ice skating rink. It was such a cute idea. We did this on Christmas Eve with our family, you have to try it. Use pieces of wax paper and slide on the carpet, it really works.

For D.J.'s class party his teacher took them to a retirement community that is next to the school to sing Christmas carols to the residents. We then went back to the school for hot chocolate and donuts. D.J.'s cousin Weston was out of school for Christmas break and came to stay with us for a few days so he was able to come to D.J.'s party with me. D.J. loved having Weston in his class and introducing him to his friends.

The carolers. D.J. & Weston are somewhere in the back. :)

My Grandma's dear friend Hazel lives in the retirement community that the boys went to and came to listen to them sing. D.J. has heard a lot about Hazel from his Great Grandma and was very excited to finally meet her.

The boys and I had a great time at their class parties!
