This & That

D.J. has been studying Native Americans in school. His teacher assigned the kids to do a diarama of an Indian tribe of their choice. D.J. chose to do his on the Shoshone Indians. He worked very hard. I decided that I really wanted D.J. to do this project on his own and at times although it would have been easier to just do some of it for him, I took a step back and let D.J. figure it out on his own. He used salt dough, sticks and rocks, clay, and paper for his project. He was very proud of it and he should be. He did a great job!

The diarama's were on display in the school library for a week so we went to see them. The kids did an amazing job!

Libby has become fascinated with tea sets. She has two sets and uses them everyday. This is what a typical tea party looks like in Libby's room. Isn't it cute? Man, little girls are so fun!
