Moms & Muffins

One of the last fun things I got to do with D.J. this school year was go to 'Mom's & Muffins'. The second graders invited all of their moms and put on a little performance. After the performance D.J. gave me a cute flower that he made out of paper and served me a muffin. We then went back to his classroom and played some games together and he 'interviewed me'. He also made me a magnet for the fridge. It was a clothespin with a flower glued to it. Inside the flower was a picture of D.J. D.J. kept insisting that it was for my hair. Every fake flower in our house is one of Libby's hair clips so he thought that's what it was for. So yes, I was the weirdo with the magnet in my hair, but D.J. loved it so I guess that's all that matters. :)
