I'll just start by saying that, I love this little boy! He makes me so happy and I am so lucky to be his Mommy. He is definitely growing up lately. He has become our little negotiator. Whenever we ask him to do something he'll say, "O.K., but then I get a big treat" or "I'll do it but then I get to stay up late". He thinks he should get a reward for EVERYTHING. He is so funny! Other than 'negotiating', here are a few of the things Luke's been up to...
Soccer
Coach Pitch
He had two cavities filled, poor guy.
His Preschool class went on a field trip to the zoo.
His Dad surprised him and was at the zoo when we got there.
I guess there are some benefits to working in Salt Lake. Luke was very excited.
His most exciting news is that he graduated from preschool.
Yep, he is going to be in kindergarten next year.
Every time I think about it I get a little choked up.
It won't be pretty in August. :)
Preschool Graduation
Luke loved being in the same class with his cousin Everett.
Here are Luke & Everett with Ms. Lisa, the BEST teacher ever!
He newest passion in fishing. He has gone a couple of times with his Grandpa & Dad and even got his own fishing pole this year. I'll post pictures of him fishing soon. Ilove you Bubba!
He is so stinking funny, and way cute! I can't believe how fast time is going. I don't have one going into Kindergarten yet so I don't know how you feel but some day I will be there.
Sending them off to kindergarten is hard. In August I will be sending my girls to Jr. High and High School. It seems like I just sent them to kindergarten. They grow up way too fast.
You will have significant experiences. I hope you will write them down and keep a record of them, that you will read them from time to time and refresh your memory of those meaningful and significant things. Some may be funny. Some may be significant only to you. Some of them may be sacred and quietly beautiful. Some may build one upon another until they represent a lifetime of special experiences." -Gordon B. Hinckley
